XamePay is XamePage's built-in digital wallet. It allows you to send money, receive payments, pay bills, buy airtime and data, and transfer funds to bank accounts — all from within the app.

What is XamePay?

XamePay is a digital wallet integrated into XamePage. It is powered by licensed payment processors — Flutterwave (operating under our affiliated trading entity G2 CONFECTIONERIES) and Paystack — who are regulated financial service providers. XamePay is not a bank, but it enables you to manage and move money securely.

What Can You Do with XamePay?

💸 Send Money

Transfer funds instantly to any XamePage user using their Xame-ID.

🏦 Bank Transfer

Send money directly to any bank account. Account details are verified before transfer.

➕ Fund Wallet

Add money via bank transfer, card, virtual account, or USSD.

📱 Airtime & Data

Buy airtime or data bundles for any network, for yourself or others.

💡 Bill Payments

Pay electricity, cable TV, and other utility bills instantly.

🤝 Request Money

Send payment requests to contacts. They receive a notification to pay.

🌍 Multi-Currency

Switch between currencies with live FX rates. Supports 15+ currencies.

📊 Transaction History

Full log of all payments with timestamps, status, and receipts.

How Your Money is Handled

All transactions are processed by Flutterwave (operating under our affiliated trading entity G2 CONFECTIONERIES) or Paystack — licensed and regulated payment processors.
We do not store your full card number or bank credentials on our servers.
Payment data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Virtual accounts are issued by our payment partners, not by XamePage directly.
Funds held in your wallet are custodied by our payment processor partners.

Security

All wallet actions require you to be authenticated with your Xame-ID and password.
Extra Security (2FA) is available to protect your account further.
Session management allows you to terminate any suspicious login sessions.
Wallet PIN lock can be enabled for an additional layer of protection.
Suspected fraudulent wallets are automatically frozen pending review.

Transaction Limits

Transaction limits are determined by our payment processor partners and may vary by currency and account verification level. Please contact support for specific limit information.

Refunds & Disputes

Peer-to-peer transfers (Xame-ID to Xame-ID) are generally not reversible. Always verify recipient details before sending.
Failed bank transfers are automatically reversed within 3–5 business days.
For payment disputes, contact support@xamepage.com with your transaction ID.

⚠️ XamePage is not a bank. Wallet funds are not covered by any government deposit protection or insurance scheme. Only keep funds in your wallet that you intend to use.

Closing Your Wallet

If you wish to close your XamePay wallet or delete your account, please ensure your wallet balance is zero or contact support to withdraw remaining funds before account deletion.
